CaRMaH (formerly Metrowest Animal Awareness Society) is an all volunteer, no-kill cat rescue group serving the Marlborough/Hudson area. Our cats are 'lap fostered' in our homes!


I’m Shelly. My people rescued me several years ago from a neighbor who left me in a cage outside with a “Free” sign! My people are an elderly couple who showed me lots of love but one of them recently passed away and the other has moved into an assisted living community that does not allow cats.
 


 


I am small (just 6 pounds!) and would like to move into a quiet home with no kids or other pets. 
 
I like to keep to myself at first, but I’ll warm-up to you.
 I love to be pet and talked to. I like to watch TV from a warm lap. 
I just ask that you be patient and let me get to know you.
 
I am just looking for a quiet place where I can live the senior years of my life in a safe environment.
